As you know, Chemo was on thursday...I felt ok until Saturday...Jim gave me my white count shot on friday and that shot can bring on the flu symptoms....well....it did...I still feel fairly wierd...but all in all...this cycle is still better than the other 2...so...hope all is well for all of you....much love...Summer


....we are confirmed for tuesday night classes...please scroll down to the blog entry showing the dates...I will also have those dates posted on my website within a week....you will be able to print out a monthly schedule so it won't be confusing....email or blog if you have any questions...the first tuesday night will be Jan 16th 5pm YOGA 6:45 SPIRIT DANCE these classes will be at Indigo Village the first Thursday night YOGA at Soulfit will begin next thursday Jan 11th at 6:15pm

Dont' forget about the Healing Day on the 13th...
