Guess what?????
I arched my spine...I was able to stretch at my incision site from top to bottom for the first time without pain!!!!! YEAH!!!!
Was also able to walk on the beach this weekend...both Saturday and Sunday...what a beautiful weekend....

Just thinking of you and smiling today ;) Scott (boyfriend) and I went to a spin class and I was saying how AMAZING of an instructor you are. I remember you having the ability to "take us" to somewhere else. You made exercising a journey--and a powerful one at that. SO happy you are feeling better.
