Summer's Journey

Friday, March 02, 2007

Today is Friday and I feel great!!!!

I have walked several times this week 2 hours plus each time and I even went to tap dance on thursday and kept up the entire time...

I also have worked thursday and friday training clients and will continue throughout next week...

Next chemo is March 16th ....this is the 6th one coming up....it's hard to believe that I started this journey in September of 2006...surgery in October and so on...and now....looking at all of this through a different lens...

Sending all of you lots of love...always...

My husband turns 50 on Sunday so send him lots of love too!!!

My 50th is in April...WOW!!!!

...kind of bitter sweet...no worries about turning 50 ...just sad that my husband and I won't be going to China to study Qigong and healing from that perspective...energy medicine and more...we were going to celebrate our birthdays together for 30 days in August of this year...how quickly things change...so instead I'm....(we're) celebrating just being alive and appreciative of life.

Enjoy this beautiful weekend...

Love,

Summer

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU BOTH, Jim and Summer! I know whatever you do will be with great celebration, as it should be.

China (and Master Gu, I'm sure!) will still be there when your body has fully regained its health and strength, Summer.

Meanwhile, just soak in all the healing energy surrounding your recovery, right here ;-)

Blow out a lot of birthday candles and all wishes will come true,

    Robin K.

    Hi-
I am Teri Lang's niece. I have breast cancer; also diagnosed in Sept 2006 and had surgery in Oct. My Aunt Teri told me about you and sent me your blog link. My next chemo is 3/13, close to yours. I will be thinking about you! Glad to hear you had good days lately. Happy Birthday to your husband; have a great night! I will check in with you again soon....
