New schedule!!!!

Starting November 1st...tomorrow!!! YEAH!!!!!!

Following classes @ Foundation Yoga / Solana Beach

YOGA : Mondays 6:30 pm and Wednesdays 4:45 pm

INNER BLEND( formally known as Spirit Tone) Tuesdays 11:15 am and Thursdays 9:15 am

Prices are listed on website www.foundationyoga.com these prices reflect November and will slightly increase in December

Spirit Dance will start earlier than expected...Indigo Village in Encinitas is still available through December...we are lucky to have the chance to return to our classes while I continue to look for space to share together in 2008. I know that many of you prefer Saturday mornings for Spirit Dance. Since, I have been out of the loop for almost one year...healing and building my strength...I have not been able to find any location that has Saturday mornings available. I am excited to offer a new time and day format...while I realize this may take some adjusting...I have personally been taking a yoga class at this same time and I found it to be my preferred time once I made that adjustment.

I hope you will make an effort to arrange your schedule to include Spirit Dance on Sunday afternoons at 4pm. I'm very excited to re-unite and celebrate my healing as well as celebrate the love we all feel so deeply when we dance together. I would also like to offer this class FREE to any firefighter or anyone who has become homeless due to the fires. I would also like to continue where we left off and offer this class as a donation class...the suggested donation would be between $10 - $20 per class...however, if you find that you can't afford $10 ...donate what you can...
