Classes at the new location...Loftin Health...have been wonderful. The space is welcoming and intimate . This warm environment has inspired all of the classes to a new level! I teach over 20 classes per month at Loftin Health in Solana Beach.

The New InnerFlow meditation class was transformative. The potential of this class will permit those of us taking yoga asana...to deepen our practice. For those coming for peace and quiet and rejuvenation will deepen that experience. It was a great beginning for this special class!!!

My new class at the Soul of Yoga is building and I'm making new friends. Soul of Yoga is a true example of what a yoga studio is about...kind ...compassionate...and deeply spiritual. The asana work is just a small part of the total yoga experience. The staff at Soul of Yoga have shared this knowing with all of the students ...to teach at this location has been wonderful and inspiring for me!!! I teach at Soul of Yoga every Thursday night at 5:30 in Encinitas.

InnerDance continues on ...please note there are two special times added ...NEW...Saturday 1/19 10 am ...again on Sunday 1/27 4 pm and one more
Saturday 2/2 10 am...all at Indigo Village in Encinitas...I'm still looking for a new home for this class...the locations that I've found have either had difficult parking ...carpet instead of hardwood floors ...or time issues. If you know of a place to continue our dancing ...please let me know.
